We are seeking a diligent Financial Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our company's finances.

About the Role:

The Financial Operations Associate will be responsible for verifying and matching delivery orders, purchase orders, and goods received notes with supplier invoices for payment. They will also prepare supplier payments and manage ad-hoc and bi-monthly payment cycles.

In addition, the Financial Operations Associate will be responsible for reconciling intercompany balances and supplier statements of accounts. They will also prepare batches of supplier and sundry invoices for data entry and reconcile accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) sub-ledgers with the general ledger.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and processing internet banking payments when required and recording receipt from customers.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have a diploma in Accountancy or relevant Professional Certification. You should also have at least 2 years' experience in a similar accounting role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask are essential for this position. You should also have strong time management skills and be able to meet tight deadlines.
