Job Title: Financial Operations Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for financial operations.

The Financial Operations Associate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Preparing and processing invoices, credits, and other financial documents
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payment of bills and invoices
  • Maintaining accurate records and reconciliations for all financial transactions
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial data
Requirements

To succeed as a Financial Operations Associate, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
