DBS Bank LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Loan Operations Associate to join our Institutional Banking Group Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and authorize loan transactions in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to Service Level Agreements.
  • Ensure all loan transactions and tasks are completed in accordance with operating and compliance procedures.
  • Collaborate with teams, Business Units, and stakeholders to facilitate daily transactions.
  • Support Team Manager on projects and initiatives, and engage the team in process improvements to achieve KPIs.
  • Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Escalate operational risks incidents in a timely manner.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, including UAT/LVs, and complete assigned tasks within stipulated time frames.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder from a recognized University with minimum 2 years or above in loan operations, with system knowledge in Finacle being an advantage.
  • Meticulous with an eye for details and strong operational risk management & problem-solving skills.
  • Good working attitude and positive mindset to change, constantly looking for better ways of doing things and challenging the status quo.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
