Job Title: Utility Infrastructure Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Utility Infrastructure Coordinator to oversee the planning, design, and installation of utility systems and equipment for construction projects.

  • The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and code requirements, coordinating effectively with project teams and subcontractors to guarantee efficient and effective utility system installations.
  • They will review and approve utility system designs, drawings, and specifications, as well as oversee the testing, commissioning, and maintenance of utility systems.
  • Our ideal candidate will monitor and manage utility system performance, resolving any issues or problems that may arise and ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping of utility system installations and maintenance.
  • Additional responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating contractor proposals for utility systems and providing expert advice on utility system design and operation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in utility engineering in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of utility systems and equipment, including water supply, drainage, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
