Job Title: Music School Administrative Support Professional

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to fill the position of Music School Admin cum Sales Support Executive. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate teacher schedules, student enrollment, and assessment fees.
  • Assist the Centre Manager with administrative tasks, maintain petty cash records, and ensure the Centre's common areas are well-maintained.
  • Collect and process payments, issue receipts, and receive applications for assessment or term fees.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by the sales and marketing team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Any diploma or related certification.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and attention to detail.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer-facing environment.
