Music School Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Music School Coordinator to fill this position.

This role involves coordinating sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, planning events, and ensuring the smooth operation of our music school.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Establish and identify new sales opportunities to achieve set targets and contribute to course enrollment growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional sales and product services to customers, converting inquiries into enrollments and sales.
  • Event Organization: Assist in planning and executing events, roadshows, trial lessons, open houses, and student concerts/graduations.
  • Operations Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the music school, including stock replenishment and maintaining an adequate stock level.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform any additional tasks or projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Experience and Skills:
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in coordination, customer service, or retail industry roles.
