About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Copywriter to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging content for our fashion and beauty brands in the Chinese market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and persuasive copy for a wide range of marketing materials, including product descriptions, social media posts, ad campaigns, and promotional materials, tailored to the Chinese market.
- Ensure that all copy adheres to the brand's voice and tone guidelines and accurately represents the brand's identity and values.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and industry standard processes.
- Stay informed about the latest copywriting techniques and strategies, and continuously improve your skills to ensure that your work remains at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of copywriting experience in the fashion and beauty industry, with a strong focus on the Chinese market. Experience in prestige category preferred.
- Native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, with excellent, insightful, and trendy writing skills in both Chinese and English.
- Proven record of crafting compelling, persuasive, and engaging copy for a variety of marketing channels, including social media, websites, and print materials.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese culture, trends, and consumer behavior, as well as a strong understanding of the Chinese fashion and beauty market.
- In-depth understanding of China platforms (Douyin, Little Red Book, WeChat, etc).
- Tight-knit collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
