Audi-Visual Equipment Specialist Job Summary
As a key member of our team, the Audi-Visual Equipment Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of all AV equipment across the school. This includes setting up and maintaining equipment for various functions, meetings, and assemblies. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills in AV equipment setup and maintenance, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:- AV Equipment Setup and Maintenance: The Audi-Visual Equipment Specialist will be responsible for setting up and maintaining all AV hardware and software, including video editing equipment.
- Regular Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance on standard classroom AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair AV equipment as needed to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
- Procurement and Training: Assist in the procurement of new AV equipment and accessories, and provide training to staff and students on AV equipment usage and maintenance.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Strong Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in AV equipment setup and maintenance are essential for this role.
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-Solving: A knack for problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
