We are seeking a skilled Installation and Services Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of various equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the good condition and functionality of equipment, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all health and safety guidelines are observed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, has a practical mind, and is able to work autonomously.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze work orders and plan daily travel schedules.
- Investigate complaints, conduct tests, and resolve problems.
- Establish service by studying system requirements, ordering components, and completing installations.
- Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, and suggesting improved methods.
- Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Proven experience as an Installation and Services Technician.
- A basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- A working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
- A valid driving license (Class 3).
- A Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
