As a vital member of our team, you will oversee the management of assigned clinical services, drive volume and financial targets, and lead recruitment and retention efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for healthcare professionals who want to make a meaningful contribution to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned service point operations, ensuring seamless daily operations, including front counter services and administrative matters.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address system and process challenges.
  • Develop innovative services to enhance service levels and improve patient care.
  • Lead budgeting, reviews, and new service development to drive volume and financial targets.
  • Mentor and develop a skilled and motivated team that meets customer and business objectives.
  • Elevate two-way communication between staff and management, escalating issues and proposing solutions when necessary.

Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates should have a degree in any field, a minimum of 3 years' work experience in the healthcare industry, and preferably clinical operations experience. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
