Role Overview

We are a leading boutique for the buying, selling, and trading of pre-owned luxury watches. As a Luxury Watchmaker, you will be part of a team that is passionate about luxury timepieces and committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and service timepieces in line with brand-specific guidelines.
  • Overhaul and restore luxury watches to their original condition.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to ensure the highest quality of workmanship.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a watchmaker in luxury watches.
  • Profound knowledge of luxury watches brands, models, and their unique repair requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in all work.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Certification or training in watchmaking or related field is a plus.
