Mission Critical Support Specialist

The primary objective of this position is to ensure the day-to-day monitoring and management of network and infrastructure operations. This involves delivering customer-centric support, troubleshooting, as well as escalating incidents for all internal and external customers interacting with the Global Command Center.
Key responsibilities include providing Tier I network and customer service assistance for mission-critical 24/7 Data Centers, participating in a weekly 24/7 on-call schedule, and offering proactive and reactive assistance to all external customers.
The analyst will also be responsible for detecting and analyzing alarms, generating and publishing internal and external customer notifications, and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet established Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measures and commitments.
Essential requirements for this role include at least one year of experience working in a 24/7 Network Operation Center, Contact Center or equivalent, along with basic knowledge of Building Management System (BMS) systems, Data Center infrastructure, and Microsoft Operating Systems.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize job requirements, strong follow-through and initiative to resolve issues promptly, discipline and commitment to meet deadlines, self-motivation, and effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
