Job Description:

We are seeking a Greeting and Reservations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing warm and friendly service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is exceptional.

Your primary focus will be on greeting guests as they arrive at the restaurant, seating them at their table, and managing the restaurant's reservation system. You will also be responsible for taking phone calls to book tables, ensuring that the dining room is clean and well-presented at all times, and managing the flow of guests in and out of the restaurant.

In addition to your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will need to have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail. A friendly and professional demeanor is essential, as you will be interacting with guests and colleagues on a daily basis.

You will work closely with our waitstaff to ensure that guests receive efficient service, and assist with general restaurant operations as needed. This may include bussing tables, assisting with cleaning and sanitizing, and other tasks as required.
