Job Title: Dining Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
  • Take orders accurately and promptly, efficiently serving food and beverages to customers in a courteous manner
  • Assist customers with menu choices and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience
  • Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback with a positive attitude, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions efficiently and securely
  • Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff for smooth operations, ensuring seamless communication and effective teamwork
  • Restock and replenish service items as needed, maintaining a well-stocked and organized workspace
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, ensuring a seamless transition between shifts and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • PC literate, well-organized, and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Ability to learn and understand company policies and procedures, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
