Job Title: Warehouse Equipment Technician

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Equipment Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing various types of warehouse equipment including forklift trucks, to ensure they are in good working order and meet the required safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in repairing and maintaining Meclift, Hyster (Kalmar & Sany), Prime Mover (Scania & Mitsubishi) and Lorry equipment. A strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance is essential.

The role involves:

* Inspecting forklift trucks to ensure they are working properly and safely
* Identifying any defects or issues that require attention
* Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire checks and battery replacements
* Repairing and replacing parts as needed
* Testing forklift trucks to ensure repairs are completed correctly

The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills are also essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
