About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Manager - Singapore to lead our end-to-end recruitment process, including compliant job postings, sourcing, phone screens, assessments, candidate tracking and status updates, interview feedback, conveying compensation expectations and offer extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for blue collar volume hiring, both internal and external hires for the Singapore Plant
  • Manage the wing-to-wing recruitment process, ensuring process compliance, job launch, sourcing and screening of candidates, interview arrangement, candidate tracking and weekly status updates to business partners
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and develop expertise in their business and talent needs to create diverse talent pools and pipelines
  • Collaborate with People Leaders and HR to ensure a positive candidate's experience
  • Utilize proactive and innovative sourcing strategies to reach out to talents
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma with 1- 2 years of recruiting and sourcing experience
Benefits

Successful candidates will receive a competitive salary range of SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
