What You’ll Do


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the company’s success by attracting, selecting, and onboarding the best talent. Your key responsibilities include:

•Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create strategic recruitment plans.

•Sourcing and engaging with high-potential candidates through various platforms and outreach methods.

•Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

•Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to negotiating offers.

•Building a robust talent pipeline to ensure the company’s continued growth.

•Representing Exodus Capital at job fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives to promote the company’s employer brand.


About You


We’re looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and has the drive to build exceptional teams. The ideal candidate should have:

•A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience (preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.

•A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

•An interest in leveraging innovative tools and strategies to streamline the hiring process.
