Job Title:
Library and Resource Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote the Learning Resource Hub, its resources, and services to students, teachers, and staff.
• Assist users in utilizing the resource catalogue and locating books and other materials.
• Support teachers in promoting reading and guide learners in book selections, and assist with inventory, stocktake, and resource processing.
• Manage overdue notices and resource organization for accessibility.
• Perform daily shelving, shelf tidying, and system maintenance.
• Support cataloguing, circulation, and resource access through Destiny Catalogue.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Library or Information Science (preferred) or related tertiary qualification.
• Knowledge of library techniques, systems, and cataloguing, including proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred).
• Ability to train staff on library systems and coordinate procurement of textbooks and digital collections with suppliers.
• Analyze usage data to inform collection development and ensure the Learning Resource Hub operates smoothly, safely, and cleanly.
