Job Title: Information Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Information Management Specialist to develop and implement effective information management strategies that facilitate the gathering, organization, and sharing of knowledge within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience in information management and the ability to build effective information sharing systems and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Knowledge Management Processes: Develop practical knowledge management processes and workflows that align with our organizational goals.
  • Maintain Knowledge Repositories: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge repositories and information architecture that facilitate easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Manage Content Systems: Implement and manage content management systems that ensure proper documentation and version control.
  • Establish Metadata Standards: Establish metadata standards and taxonomies that enable efficient searching and categorization of information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Knowledge Management Platforms: Proficient in knowledge management platforms such as SharePoint and Confluence.
  • Content Management Experience: Experience with content management systems and database management.
  • Information Architecture: Strong understanding of information architecture and taxonomy.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Database Management: Basic understanding of database management.
