Event Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with clients, vendors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison with corporate clients, understanding and fulfilling their event requirements to optimize engagement and impact.
  • Plan and oversee logistics of each event, including health talks, wellness bazaars, and health screenings, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Manage demographics and attendee numbers to align speakers and vendors with potential sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with wellness vendors and speakers, sourcing new participants to enrich our offerings.
  • Handle internal coordination using tools like Google Calendar and WhatsApp groups to ensure smooth communication and organization among all participants.
  • Supervise event day operations, including setup and teardown, ensuring a professional and impactful experience for attendees.
Requirements:
  • Interest and experience in event management, preferably in health, wellness, or corporate sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Keen interest in health and wellness, with a drive to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum NITEC / DIPLOMA in Sales, Business, Marketing, and healthcare related disciplines.
