As a Case Manager Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients in a variety of settings, including one-on-one counselling sessions, group sessions, and family therapy. You will also have the chance to participate in programme development and implementation, working closely with our team of counsellors, social workers, and other professionals to ensure that our programmes meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide case management and counselling services to clients and their families
  • Assess needs of clients and formulate Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
  • Ensure that the halfway house's programme meets the mission, objectives, and procedures of case management services
  • Conduct classes, family sessions, and group sessions
  • Liaise with clients, clients' families, counsellors, and prison officers
  • Attend to clients' employment needs and conduct worksite visits

Candidate Requirements:
  • Technical Competencies:
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Good report writing skills
    • Able to meet deadlines
    • Administrative skills
  • Core Competencies:
    • Able to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
    • Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
    • Good knowledge about community resources
    • Ability to work under stress
    • Pleasant disposition
    • Passion to bring about change in someone's life

Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferably a Degree in Social Work or Psychology
- Preferably 2 years of experience in Social Service Sector or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Willing to work in a faith-based residential programme halfway house.
