Job Title: Child Care Educator

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible educator to join our team in providing quality child care services for primary school children.

  • Lead a group of students in a structured environment, fostering their academic growth and character development.
  • Implement daily programs and activities aligned with the centre's curriculum and timetable.
  • Supervise students during homework sessions and ensure they complete their assignments.
  • Organize and execute engaging holiday programs that include educational excursions, workshops, team-building games, and creative activities.
  • Maintain discipline and promote positive behaviour among students at all times.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress, behaviour, and centre events.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification with passes in languages; Diploma is an added advantage.
  • Experience working with children in various settings, such as student care or educational environments.
  • Strong organisational, classroom management, and communication skills.
  • Able to plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's MOE primary curriculum is preferred.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, patience, and a genuine love for working with children.
  • Able to commit to weekday afternoons and full-day shifts during MOE school holidays.
Working Hours:
  • School Term: Weekdays 11 am to 7 pm.
  • School Holidays: Longer hours from 9 am to 7 pm.
