Responsibilities
  • Perform due diligence work, including assessing credit worthiness and researching industry risk.
  • Develop and maintain contacts with banks participating in syndication markets to facilitate loan origination and distribution.
  • Support WBD Syndication Agency functions and loan administration according to facility agreements.
  • Work closely with marketing teams and risk partners for structured finance and syndicated loan transactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in transaction execution or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
