Job Description:In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. You will also be working closely with our operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of procurement processes, contracts, and cost records.
- Liaise with overseas suppliers to confirm materials and specifications.
- Monitor and manage facility maintenance activities to ensure all essential facilities or services are well maintained as per SOP.
- Perform asset tagging and audit for centers.
- Assist in sourcing fixtures and fittings and construction materials required for new sites by identifying new suppliers and negotiating supply agreements where appropriate.
- ITE or Polytechnic Diploma in Facilities Management, MEP/Construction, or any other relevant background.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
