Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our marketing efforts in the Asia-Pacific region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in alignment with our overall marketing objectives.

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to engage and educate orthodontists on our products and services in the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials, educational resources, and promotional tools tailored for General Practitioners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, medical associations, and healthcare organizations to drive utilization of iTero software among existing users, promote our products and services within the Ortho community.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns targeted at Orthodontic Practitioners, using data and analytics to optimize strategies and drive business growth.
  • Represent us at medical conferences, seminars, and industry events to showcase our offerings and build brand presence among Orthodontic Practitioners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing roles within the healthcare industry and the APAC market.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare marketing principles, medical education, and the Ortho market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns targeted at healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and marketing analytics tools.
