Procurement Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to manage the procurement process from vendor selection to contract negotiation and order fulfillment.

About this Role

This role is responsible for evaluating and selecting suppliers based on technical and commercial criteria, interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs to identify procurement needs, and managing RFQs, price negotiations, and contract terms with vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on technical and commercial criteria.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs to identify procurement needs.
  • Manage RFQs, price negotiations, and contract terms with vendors.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure purchased items meet required specifications and timelines.
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and compliance with contracts.
  • Identify and develop new suppliers to improve cost, quality, and lead time.
  • Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure procurement activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3-5 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experiences in Semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry. Familiarity with semiconductor supply chains, including raw materials (e.g., wafers, chemicals, gases), equipment, and OEM/ODM sourcing.

Familiarity with industry compliance standards and material traceability requirements (e.g., RoHS, REACH, ISO standards). Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other semiconductor-specific platforms.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex sourcing projects across multiple time zones.
