Job Description:

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring high standards of service and performance are maintained at all times. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Overseeing facility maintenance, equipment, and inventory management to ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment.
  • Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and develop their team to deliver outstanding results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role in the retail sector or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets in the B2C retail market.
  • Hands-on experience in managing a team and developing their skills and performance.
