We are currently on the search for a skilled professional to complement our team in insurance claim management.

Candidates with additional professional qualifications would fit well into a diverse team of adjusters and support.

It is expected that you will quickly become a key member of that team, undertaking a broad range of tasks involving claims assessment, customer service and team collaboration.


Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality services when completing site assessments, interacting with customers and clients
  • Communicate clear and accurate advice, timeframes and claim progress to all stakeholders
  • Clarify circumstances surrounding loss and causation
  • Verify the nature and extend of loss/damage

Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 5+ years experience in insurance claims adjusting or equivalent work experience
  2. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  3. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  4. Relevant industry qualifications such as ANZIIF or AICLA or equivalent
