  • Manage customer enquiries across multiple channels, including chat, WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
  • Promote the motorist application and its features through various communication channels.
  • Review and respond to testimonials and reviews professionally, addressing issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with car group chats within the motorist application and effectively resolve complaints and negative feedback in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with app users through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
  • Address customer feedback and comments posted across various platforms.
  • Ensure high levels of user and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional guest reception services, greeting visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and handle inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Facilitate campaign voucher collections.
  • Record and manage meeting minutes during meetings.
  • Assist with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
