Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sector Coverage Banker to join our team. As an Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and originating event-driven deals in the Diversified Industries sector across Asia-Pacific.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage your sector knowledge, structuring expertise, deal experience, and client relationships to lead event deal origination.
  • Develop strategic client dialogues by analyzing business needs, M&A strategies, business structures, investment plans, financials, credit, etc.
  • Collaborate with country coverage bankers and product bankers to originate relevant client solutions.
