Game Inventory Supervisor Role

Job Summary:

This is a pivotal role within our organization where you will oversee the delivery of games to customers, track team and individual performance metrics, and effectively manage game inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train Games to Customers: Teach customers how to play various games in a fun and engaging manner.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Regularly monitor and analyze team and individual performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage Game Inventory: Effectively manage game inventory to ensure timely delivery of games to customers.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and assistance to staff as needed.
  • Relay Productivity Concerns: Relay productivity concerns to management to drive positive change within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Develop effective communication skills to convey complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Class 3 Driving License: Hold a valid Class 3 driving license to operate company vehicles.
