Are you a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment? We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary, contract or permanent positions jobs with clients' companies. This includes conducting networking in order to attract business from client companies and build relationships with clients, advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, searching for candidates through our database to find the right person for the employer's vacancy; receiving and reviewing applications, arranging interviews, and short-listing candidates, briefing candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question, preparing and editing resumes and forwarding to clients in respect of suitable applicants, organizing interviews for the candidate as requested by the client by calling and emailing them the required details, informing candidates about the results of their interviews, negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates, offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates and career progression, following up on interview schedules and status with hiring manager/HR, and any ad hoc administration duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. You should also have strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. Additionally, you should be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A strong understanding of the recruitment industry, including relevant laws and regulations, is also essential.
