We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our signalling maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, electronic, or computer engineering, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the operations and maintenance of railway signalling systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the execution of maintenance activities to ensure operational readiness, safety, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Strengthen team competencies, maintain accurate documentation, and manage spare parts to uphold reliability, safety, best practices, and cybersecurity awareness.
- Analyze and evaluate fault data, recurring issues, and system performance trends, providing detailed reports, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Safeguard the cybersecurity posture of the signalling system by identifying vulnerabilities, implementing secure practices and policies, overseeing incident response and recovery plans, and promoting cybersecurity awareness within the team.
- Possess an accredited degree or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering or Mechatronics.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in operations and maintenance of railway signaling systems or similar.
- Knowledge of computer networking, industrial control systems, and basic cybersecurity is an advantage.
