Job Summary

The Full Time Senior Crew Member will be responsible for assisting in the management of customer visit experiences, crowd control, and daily playground cleaning and hygiene. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling and managing customer visit experiences, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist in crowd control and manage visitor safety, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
  • Assist in daily playground cleaning and hygiene, maintaining a clean and safe environment for visitors.
  • Assist in managing the playground inventory and storage, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and organized.
  • Assist in operating and upkeeping playground equipment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Assist in planning of duty roster and cleaning schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist in day-to-day service crew deployment and their meal-time arrangement, ensuring that all crew members are properly scheduled and supported.
  • Assist in managing and leading part-time and junior service crew, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Support day-to-day admission check-in/out process, ensuring that all visitors are properly checked in and out.
  • Support day-to-day event activities and performance, ensuring that all events are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer-oriented job in front-line capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good team player with a high level of enthusiasm, drive, initiative, and commitment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public/school holidays.
  • Capability to stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • This is a FULL TIME position.
Qualifications
  • At least GCE 'N'/'O' Level Certificate.
