Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing the playground inventory and storage, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and organized.
  • Equipment Operation: Assist in operating and upkeeping playground equipment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Admission and Event Support: Support day-to-day admission check-in and check-out processes, as well as day-to-day event activities and performances.
  • Additional Tasks: Complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Able to work with young children and their families, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public/school holidays, ensuring that our playground is always staffed and ready to serve our customers.
  • Physical Demands: Capability to stand/walk for extended periods, ensuring that you can keep up with the demands of the job.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Previous Experience: Past experience in customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
  • Qualifications: At least GCE 'N' Level Certificate, ensuring that you have the necessary qualifications to perform the job requirements.
