Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager

Summary:
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and commissioning of M&E systems. With a strong background in engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of M&E project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all M&E engineering activities ensuring compliance with design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage the integration of M&E systems installation and commissioning with other building components, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Supervise M&E subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality work, safety standards, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other departments to resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and ensure effective integration of M&E systems.
- Ensure adherence to Safe Work Procedures and safety regulations throughout the M&E installation and commissioning process.
- Prepare and submit M&E documentation, reports, and progress updates as required by the project schedule.
Requirements:
- Possess degree/diploma (Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building/ Quantity Surveying) or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in construction industry, with strong M&E project management expertise and at least one completed project cycle.
- Solid technical knowledge of M&E services.
- Good written communication skills.
- Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline.
