We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painting Supervisor Cum Inspector to join our team at Dyna-Mac. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of painting works and adhering to specifications and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with specifications and monitor activities to ensure quality control.
  • Responsible for quality control of all painting works, including standards and procedures.
  • Prepare documentation such as painting procedures, ITP, and galvanizing procedures.
  • Review painting specifications from paint manufacturers.
  • Take ambient conditions in the chamber and modules with proper intervals and keep records.
  • Arrange qualification tests for Blasters/Painters and certify them.
  • Check calibration dates of measuring devices and arrange for recalibration if necessary.
  • Send inspection notifications to clients on time.
  • Pre-inspect modules at each stage to ensure quality meets specifications.
  • Prepare painting reports on time with client approval.
  • Coordinate with external parties for technical details.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marine Shipyard operations in the same field.
  • NACE Level II Coating Inspector certification.
  • Knowledge of blasting and painting operations.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and paint specifications.
  • Detailed understanding of contractual, commercial, safety, technical, and quality aspects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to changes in short notice.
