As a seasoned professional, you will lead a high-performing sales team in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results. Your key responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to ensure consistent productivity and high-quality output.
  • Guide and develop the sales team in business processes, product knowledge, and effective lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing revenue forecasts and implementing corrective actions to close performance gaps.
  • Ensure thorough due diligence is conducted to maintain the accuracy and quality of all Credit Proposals submitted by Relationship Managers.
  • Stay informed on current market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop potential prospects.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in SME Banking, Corporate Lending or Property Loans.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in team management and coaching.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales and leadership performance.
