Our Safety and Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the well-being of personnel on construction sites. Their core responsibility is to detect and mitigate potential hazards, implementing measures that align with local regulations.The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health Act, as well as WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B). They should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in office skills and computer literacy.A valid Class 3 driving license is also essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Our Safety and Compliance Manager will collaborate closely with management to promote awareness among workers, organizing campaigns and training sessions as needed.
  • Assist site occupants in identifying unsafe conditions and recommending remedial measures
  • Investigate incidents and advise on prevention strategies
  • Collaborate with authorities on safety matters
  • Implement EHS prevention and control measures
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment on our construction sites.

This includes:

  • Identifying potential hazards and recommending measures to mitigate them
  • Investigating incidents and advising on prevention strategies
  • Collaborating with authorities on safety matters
  • Implementing EHS prevention and control measures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
