Service Ambassador

The Service Ambassador is a pivotal role that requires exceptional customer service and support skills to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Excellent Service: Ensure seamless daily operations in the dining area, responding promptly to customer requests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Set up and Clear Tables: Set up and clear tables efficiently and neatly before and after service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Take Customer Orders: Take accurate customer orders and input them into the Point of Sales (POS) system, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Promote Standard Menu Beverages: Promote standard menu beverages and upsell specialty drinks when appropriate, enhancing the overall dining experience.
  • Serve Food and Beverages: Serve food and beverages to the correct tables in a timely manner, prioritizing excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Flexible Work Hours: Be flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the demands of the dining area.
  • Prior Experience: Prior F&B or customer service experience is beneficial, although training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
  • Physical Demands: Be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, adapting to the dynamic environment of the dining area.
