Dining Service Professional

Our ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service standards in line with hotel operating policies and procedures. This role involves preparing beverages and food garnishes accurately and efficiently, as well as serving food and beverage orders from the kitchen to dining tables with efficiency.
Maintenance of cleanliness of dining areas is also a crucial aspect of this job, including clearing dirty dishes and glasses promptly and cleaning tables thoroughly after guests have finished their meals.
This position requires processing guest payments accurately and preparing itemized checks, as well as cleaning and setting up dining areas, including refilling condiments, rolling silverware into napkins and stocking service stations.
The successful candidate will warmly greet guests, present menus and communicate daily specials effectively, answer guest questions about menu items with confidence and accuracy, and take food and beverage orders from guests accurately.
In addition, this role involves performing cashiering duties as instructed and generating reports from the Point of Sale (POS) system on daily meal types served.
