Job Description:

A snapshot of your day involves working collaboratively with colleagues across various disciplines to contribute to the development of gas turbine products and components. Your tasks will include assisting the R&D team in development projects, providing technical advice and support, and independently supporting problem-solving tasks and risk analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the R&D team in development projects for current and new gas turbine products and components
  • Contribute to the development within the test validation facility to continuously improve measured validation data
  • Collaborate with colleagues in product development, manufacturing, and assembly by providing technical advice and support
  • Independently support problem-solving tasks and risk analysis
  • Perform component validation tests in our test facility in Europe – build, mount, and dismantle testing facilities used for components validation
  • Develop your competence and professional life within diverse local and global initiatives and opportunities in future energy generation solutions

What You Bring:

  • Pursuing a Master's or Doctoral degree in fluid dynamics, combustion, energy, physics, or an equivalent field
  • Existing experience writing research papers
  • Relevant experience from university or industry on component testing with regards to fluid dynamics and heat transfer
