Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Forklift Warranty Executive to join our team at JOBSRECRUIT PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty administration on Material Handling Equipment (MHE)/forklift, providing technical advice and support, and ensuring relevant updates on all technicians' laptops.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage warranty administration on MHE/forklift, including tracking and submitting documentations for items under warranty.
  2. Act as the main coordinator in tracking and submitting documentations for items under warranty for all service centres with principals.
  3. Provide technical advice and support for MHE/forklift.
  4. Liaise closely with principals and cross functions to update principals on all abnormal breakdown cases.
  5. Ensure relevant updates on all technicians' laptops relating to the MHE/forklift.
  6. Arrange for modification of forklift as and when requested by customers.
  7. Preparation of Accident/incident reports.
  8. Attend to and manage customer complaints.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of preparing reports and handling customer enquires.
  • At least 2 years of servicing and repairing forklifts.
  • Candidates must have the valid forklift and Class 3 Singapore driving license.
