We are seeking a highly skilled Performing Artiste Manager to play a crucial role in the success of our on-stage performances.
- Arrange and schedule all assigned on-stage performances
- Attend and arrange rehearsals with other performers
- Work with performers to fine-tune their performance standards
- Manage weekly routine performances and keep them updated
- Assist performers in selecting optimal performance standards
- Administer performer-related tasks, including reporting to management
- Manage staff and assist management in handling performer issues
- Attend monthly meetings related to stage performance matters
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent communication skills with East Asian staff and performers
- 3-4 years' experience as a Performing Artiste Manager or related manager
- Strong ability to communicate with performers
- Experience as a performer is a plus
- Familiarity with Mandarin Pop, Jpop, or Kpop music genres is advantageous
- Significant stage experience
