Chief Stage Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Stage Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional live performances.
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of all stage events. Your extensive knowledge and expertise in stage management will guide the crew in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and artistry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance schedules, coordinating with artists, crew members, and other stakeholders as needed;
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other creative teams to bring artistic visions to life;
- Train and mentor junior stage managers, sharing your skills and experience to ensure a smooth transition;
- Manage logistics, including equipment setup, prop management, and wardrobe coordination;
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results, meeting project deadlines and expectations;
- Maintain open communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and clients, fostering a collaborative environment;
- Monitor and control budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources;
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes, implementing best practices to enhance overall performance.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in stage management, with a proven track record of delivering successful productions;
- Extensive knowledge of stage procedures, technical aspects, and safety protocols;
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and direct team members effectively;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask;
- Proficiency in scheduling software, CAD, and other relevant tools;
- Ability to work under pressure, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
