Crafting Meaningful Keepsakes

As a Jewellery Craftsman, you will have the opportunity to create unique and personal jewellery pieces that reflect the lives and bonds of our customers. This role requires passion, creativity, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft simple yet thoughtful pieces using various materials
  • Guide customers through emotional moments, helping them select keepsakes that reflect their memories and stories
  • Work independently, managing appointments, sales, and customer service with empathy and attentiveness
  • Maintain a clean and peaceful studio environment
  • Lead generation and follow-up to offer guidance and encourage bookings or orders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • A warm, sincere, and empathetic nature
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with customers
  • Hands-on creative work and learning new crafts
  • Self-motivation, organisation, and attention to detail

Working Hours:Tuesday to Friday: 9.30am-8pm
Saturday: 9.30am-5pm
