Key Responsibilities:- Manage procurement coordination with vendors for logistics and transportation services, equipment, and laboratory-related management services.
- Process 3rd party invoices and monitor sales pipelines and demand forecast.
- Raise billings and manage billing accrual process, analyzing sales and billing performance.
- Maintain sales contract and procurement contracts register, providing reminders to team members on expiring contracts.
- Perform data entry duties, pulling reports and information from systems to guide the sales team.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including conference room reservations, equipment setup, and flight and hotel bookings.
- Compile and edit presentation details from multiple sources.
- Manage financial administrative tasks related to corporate card use and expenses, and process departmental invoices.
- Degree holder in Business Administration, with minimum 2 years working experience in sales support.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team.
- Clear communication skills and ability to manage interfaces with other departments.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in sales administration and proficiency in Microsoft CRM and SAP systems is advantageous.
