About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Subcontracts Supervisor to join our team at KELLOGG BROWN & ROOT ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontracts, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring commercial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement subcontract plans for review and approval
  • Collaborate with project teams to review prime contracts and define commercial terms for each subcontract
  • Prepare and issue subcontractor pre-qualification documents
  • Obtain data from other departments and approvals to prepare and issue inquiries for subcontracted services
  • Evaluate and prepare commercial recommendations for subcontract awards
  • Coordinate meetings with subcontractors to review safety, progress, quality, and coordination with others
  • Verify progress completion and review invoices for commercial compliance
  • Manage change orders, disputes, and claims process
  • Issue completion certificates and perform subcontractor evaluation and closeout

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying with at least 5 to 8 years' of subcontracts experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
