Job Description:

As a Senior Director, you will lead the operational leadership of a Global Business Services (GBS) Centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and scalable shared services to the organisation.


Key responsibilities include strategic and operational leadership for service delivery, stakeholder management, compliance with regulatory and corporate standards, as well as finance operations, procurement services, legal contract services, HR payroll services, and IT support services.


You will oversee daily operations, business continuity, and adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization of processes, and ensure cost optimization and resource efficiency across all service lines.


The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with internal customers, business units, and external stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and strategic partners.


As a leader, you will foster a culture of service excellence, innovation, and accountability within the team, promoting cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.


Furthermore, you will contribute to broader Corporate Centre optimisation initiatives, leveraging intelligent automation tools and AI-driven solutions to complement the human workforce.


Lastly, you will undertake additional responsibilities necessary to ensure the successful operation and evolution of the GBS Centre.
