Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in driving business expansion through mergers and acquisitions while playing a crucial part in shaping the overall strategic direction of Parkway Pantai Limited by assessing internal portfolio assets.

  • Lead evaluations of potential projects and offer insights to senior leadership and the Board concerning prospective M&A opportunities.
  • Perform comprehensive due diligence on acquisition targets, encompassing financial, legal, operational, and IT dimensions, while addressing risks identified during the due diligence process.
  • Create financial models to assess M&A prospects, working collaboratively with various internal teams for necessary data.
  • Examine legal agreements with assistance from both internal and external legal experts, ensuring regulatory compliance in deal structuring.
  • Engage in negotiations regarding commercial and legal terms with transaction partners.
  • Compile and present internal documentation required for project endorsement.
  • Delegate responsibilities to junior team members and offer mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Champion internal initiatives aimed at fostering the professional growth of team members in business development and operational roles.
  • Supervise the establishment and reporting of the group's balanced scorecard objectives.
  • Contribute to the formulation of strategies for managing the group's asset portfolio.
  • Maintain constructive relationships with joint venture partners and both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of market developments and take appropriate actions in collaboration with external entities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferred degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 8-9 years of pertinent experience in transactions and corporate finance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Financial Modeling.
